Myself and 5 classmates catered an event at the Nature & Science Museum downtown. We didn't know until we arrived that it was for the ACF (American Culinary Federation). Basically, we were cooking for chef's that are much more accomplished then we are, which was quite intimidating.
I didn't have time to take very many pictures, but I got one of the view of Denver from the event and of the Bruschetta Display. We also had a large cheese & fruit display, chicken satay with peanut sauce, beef sliders and Navaho Fish Tacos with Chipotle Aoli. Overall I think we did pretty well.
