Cuisine of Italy - Central Regions (Lazio, Abruzzo & Molise

Laminated pasta is cool. We made 3 flavors of pasta, stuck them together and rolled it out. Yellow=turmeric, green=spinach & red=beets. The raviolis we made were filled with ricotta cheese and served with an Alfredo sauce.

Caesar salad - which evidently was invented in Mexico City, so I'm not sure why we are talking about in Italy.

Fettuccini with carbonara sauce

Tiramisu and another bombolone.
