Sopa de Lima (chicken tortilla soup with lime). Budin de Elote (corn pudding). Red Snapper Veracruz with Arroz Achiote (rice) and a jicama salad on top. Sopapillas for dessert.

Chili con Carne. Chicken fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes and green bean & beet salad. Forgot to take a picture of the churros, but they weren't very good.

Baking - Day 3
Quickly learning that baking is not my strong suit (or some others in my class). We finished the creme brûlée, made lemon custard tartlets and were also supposed to have cherry pie but we didn't get them all done. Maybe tomorrow.
