Cuisine of Italy - Antipasto

Our last day of Italy.  It's been fun.

Various cured meats

Chicken Tonnato with roasted red peppers and fried capers

Orange and Fennel infused olives

Arancini de Riso (fried risotto) with tomato sauce

Bruschetta (which I found out is properly pronounced "brew-ske-tah", not "brew-shee-tah")
