favorite strawberry pie

 

Ingredients

• 1 prepared pie crust
• 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
• 4 Tbsp strawberry gelatin

Instructions

1. Bake pie crust according to package directions; cool. Top with strawberries.
2. In saucepan, bring water, sugar, and cornstarch to boil on low heat. Stir constantly until thickened.
3. Add 4 tablespoons strawberry gelatin. Cool slightly.
4. Drizzle jello mixture over berries. 
5. Refrigerate until firm. Slice to serve.
