Ingredients
- 1 prepared pie crust
- 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp strawberry gelatin
Instructions
- Bake pie crust according to package directions; cool. Top with strawberries.
- In saucepan, bring water, sugar, and cornstarch to boil on low heat. Stir constantly until thickened.
- Add 4 tablespoons strawberry gelatin. Cool slightly.
- Drizzle jello mixture over berries.
- Refrigerate until firm. Slice to serve.
