It took us two days to make everything for this buffet. Everything was made from scratch. Breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fresh fruit display, ham and cheese croissants. Not in the picture were crepes and blueberry muffins.

Salmon gravlox, oysters on the half shell with a mignonette sauce, rosemary grilled shrimp and mussels mariniere.

It's not a very attractive plate, but it's sole 3 ways (grilled, poached with Hollandaise sauce and sautéed with mushroom topping). Rice pilaf, string beans and a salad on the side

Grilled salmon filet topped with anchovie butter. Baked sea bass with mushroom duxelle On the side is a cous cous salad and a celery/potato purée. Didn't get a picture, but we also had a poached salmon with Hollandaise sauce.

Braised beer pork tenderloin with candied sweet potatoes, egg salad lettuce wraps and an apple/walnut salad.

Braised pork ribs with a delicious secret sauce (ok I may tell you if you ask). Seared pork cutlets. Mashed potatoes and a couliflour/parsnip purée (soup).
