Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops 

  • 1 tbl grapeseed oil

  • 1 package (6 oz) crushed stuffing mix

  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling with cinnamon

  • Minced fresh presley, optional


  1. In large skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing according to the package directions. Spread pie filling into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Place pork chops on top; spoon stuffing over chops

  2. Cover and bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Uncover; bake until thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°, about 10 minutes longer. If desired, sprinkle with parsley
