Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground Italian sausage
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz crescent rolls
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. In large skillet cook beef, sausage, and onion until browned and crumbly; drain; and return to skillet.
- Add spaghetti sauce and cook over low heat approximately 10 minutes; stirring often
- Spoon mixture into lightly greased 13x9 baking dish. Top with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
- Unroll crescent rolls, and place over cheese pinching seams together.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until crescents are cooked through.
