apple pie crescents

Ingredients
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 Tbsps butter, melted
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 small Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into 8 slices
- 8 oz tube refrigerated crescent rolls
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Add apple slices to melted butter, set aside.
- Arrange crescent triangles on a parchment lined baking sheet. Evenly distribute brown sugar mixture onto each triangle. Sprinkle each triangle evenly with pecan pieces.
- Place an apple slice onto the wide end of each triangle. Wrap crescent roll dough around each apple.
- Brush each crescent roll with remaining butter. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving
