sausage & white bean soup

 




Sausage and White Bean Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 oz pkg mirepoix blend, frozen
  • 2 (14 oz) can great northern beans, drained
  • 28 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 32 oz carton chicken broth
Instructions
  1. In a medium skillet, cook sausage until browned and crumbly; drain. 
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients including sausage in crockpot and stir well. 
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
